Dear Fisher people,

We had a slow start in April 2007 due to rough weather but fishing was good later in the month. May and June were GREAT fishing months. By the first of July the fish were simply gone. It was the earliest migration of walleye moving east I have ever experienced.

We suggest booking your walleye charters during May and June if possible.

The Perch run, July to November in 2007, gave us both great days and slow days, overall a fair perch season.

Michigan 2008- Lake Erie walleye fishing is open all year, 5 fish creel limit per person - 15" size limit. Detroit River is open all year.

Ohio 2008 - Lake Erie fishing March - April - 4 fish creel limit per person - 15" size limit. May 1 through rest of the season - 6 fish creel limit per person - 15" size limit.

Our captains and vessels are licensed in both Michigan and Ohio waters of Lake Erie.
